About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Supply Chain to lead the transformation of its global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term digital supply chain strategy, with a focus on creating an integrated, future-ready global operation. This role involves executive oversight of major digital programs, including ERP transformation, and the integration of advanced analytics and Industry 4.0 capabilities. The VP will work closely with a world-class team across various functions to ensure operational excellence, end-to-end process standardization, and the delivery of measurable business results. A key aspect of the role is people leadership, building and developing a high-performing digital supply chain team.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader with a proven track record in global supply chain, operations, or digital transformation roles. They should have at least 15 years' experience and be adept at leading large-scale digital initiatives, particularly in ERP, MES, and smart manufacturing. A global mindset, the ability to lead diverse teams, and strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The role requires a leader who is effective across business, technology, and operations, and who can influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in complex manufacturing environments, especially in consumer goods, electronics, or highly regulated industries, is a plus. The VP will be expected to deliver key milestones in the first three years, including end-to-end ERP deployment and the rollout of digital and smart manufacturing architectures.
