Description

Supervise and direct office personnel, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with dealership policies. Develop and implement office procedures to improve workflow and effectiveness. Monitor posting of documents, including time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory updates; ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage petty cash for the dealership and sales department. Assist the Controller with account reconciliations and reporting as requested. Verify that manufacturer accounts (warranty claims, rebates, interest protection co-op advertising) are current and accurate. Compile and prepare information reports requested by management or/and the Dealer Principal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and external parties. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong leadership abilities and experience supervising and guiding staff. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
