Overview

This Corporate position may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The Digital Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across all digital channels, including websites, digital applications, mobile apps, and online banking systems. This role leads the development and execution of digital channel strategies in collaboration with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers and Operations to develop and execute digital channel strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead internal and external technical teams in the development and implementation of new digital capabilities.
  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital channels.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital channels based on monitoring and analysis of performance, end-user feedback and emerging digital trends.
  • Support the technical development, implementation, testing and troubleshooting of digital platforms, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of digital channel changes in coordination with Operational staff, including documenting procedural changes and developing support and release documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of digital channels and support requests from internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on digital channel usage and best practices, and develop targeted training to enhance user adoption and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control. Complete assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by the due date.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related field.
