Job Details

Responsible for installing, replacing and/or changing machine parts as needed. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment per the Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule. Keep accurate and detailed records and PM schedules. Quickly troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize machine downtime. Performs tolerance checks and makes adjustments to ensure machine conformance to part quality requirements. Observes mechanical operation of all equipment to determine machine conformance. Responsible for purchasing parts and parts management. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a good driving record. Must be fluent in safety procedures to include all things related to maintenance and repair of production machinery and ensure equipment guarding compliance. Must have knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of LOTO requirements to meet state and federal standards.
