We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in the learning sciences to lead the development and delivery of training, education, and informational content about a wide range of products, services, and social impact initiatives. This role is responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap for business-specific learning experiences that support organizational goals and mission.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in modern instructional design, multimedia delivery, and learner engagement. They will collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders, balancing individual needs and competing priorities to create impactful educational solutions. Responsibilities include assessing learning requirements, designing learner-centric experiences, selecting appropriate delivery modalities, and overseeing deployment through learning management systems (LMS).
This position also includes oversight and management of direct reports, and coordination with partner companies, their employees, and omni-channel distribution outlets to ensure consistent and effective education across all platforms.
