Overview
Community Account Manager – North (PNW/Utah) at CareDx, Inc. The CAM drives utilization of AlloSure in the general nephrology channel, collaborating with the TAM, Clinical Liaisons, and SAM to develop growth strategies within the current user base and to drive new business in non-user accounts.
Reports to the Regional Director. The role requires collaboration, agile problem solving, strategic account management, strong communication skills, clinical aptitude, and a patient-centric approach to delivering results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Executing Account Plans: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, expand CareDx footprint, and gain market share.
- Clinical and Product Knowledge for Customer Education: Understand therapeutic areas, concepts, testing platforms, mechanisms and processes; educate community nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx Pharmacy services.
- Building Strong Customer Relationships: Identify key stakeholders, solicit feedback on needs, resolve issues promptly, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing the Sales Pipeline: Forecast and manage pipeline and growth strategies; prepare regular performance reports with insights on strategy effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations to address customer needs.
Qualifications
- Science-based (biology, chemistry, etc.) bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals; navigating multiple stakeholders in a “total office call”
- Experience with Nephrology highly desired
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with nephrology professionals
- Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize outcomes
- Proven success in winning new business and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 75%+ within territory, including frequent day trips
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools

Remote: US Only roles
The anticipated base salary range plus incentive variable compensation in the United States is $120,000 to $140,000. Final salary offered depends on experience, education, and other factors. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
