Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and execute performance management strategies, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals and outcomes are achieved.
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, and service providers to expand program reach and support client self-sufficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to program staff, including onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making and analytics to identify trends, refine program strategies, and maximize impact for participants.
• Conduct audits, prepare compliance reports, and collaborate with legal or compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance program efficiency and revenue, including optimizing processes and implementing targeted outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or a related field (Master's degree).
• 2+ years of program management experience, preferably within workforce development, social services, or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of TANF regulations, compliance requirements, and performance management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in building partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
