We're working with an established Food Company in Everett, WA. They are recruiting a Plant Manager to join their team on Day Shift, Mon-Fri in return for an annual salary in the region of $135,000-$155,000 along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Flexible Schedule, Flexible Spending Account, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Direct daily plant operations to optimize production efficiency and deliver strategic business results.
• Design and execute long-term strategies that align plant performance with overall company growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and supervisors to build a high-performing, accountable team.
• Partner with executive leadership on budget planning and management, ensuring cost control and financial alignment.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement by encouraging employee-driven process enhancements.
• Ensure full compliance and documentation readiness for internal, regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.
• Work closely with HR, Safety, and Quality teams to support company policies and key initiatives.
• Drive execution of Food Safety, HACCP, Quality, and Health & Safety standards to maintain a world-class facility.
• Adhere to all Food Safety, HACCP, Quality, and SOPs outlined in Quality Management System.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, cold storage or equivalent.
• 5 years progressive experience in production management or equivalent
