Job Details

Will work with Veterans and their families to assess eligibility for participation in Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program based on needs and barriers. Outreach Specialists will transfer eligible Veterans to Case Managers for full determination of eligibility. Outreach Specialist will travel throughout the County fostering relationships with agencies and the literal homeless to establish referrals. Saturday availability is required. Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance as well as pass background and driver record check.n. Education and/or Experience:n. Bachelor's degree (B.
