Corwin Ford of Spokane is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. Whether you have prior experience or the motivation to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Process all Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, reconcile statements, and write checks
• Maintain the AP schedule for accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements
• Calculate and process technician payroll
• Enter payroll data, process paychecks, and track time-off requests
• Order and manage office supplies for the dealership
• Process year-end 1099 forms

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounting, Payroll, or Human Resources is preferred but not required
• Related experience in roles such as Bookkeeping, Accounting Clerk, HR Coordinator, Office Administrator, or Bank Teller translates well in this position
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. a plus)
• Team player with excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
