Overview

Join our compassionate and skilled team as a Dental Assistant Specialist. You will play a vital role in supporting our providers during treatment, delivering exceptional patient care, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our practice.

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chair-side clinical support by assisting with procedures, charting, patient education, and managing operatory set-up and clean-up.
• Create a superior patient experience throughout every phase of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise patient records and documentation practices.
• Execute sterilization processes for all equipment and operatories.
• Welcome and comfort patients, educating them about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental assisting.

Preferred Skills:

• Completion of a Dental Assisting program or certification preferred based on state and practice requirements.
• Radiology certification preferred based on state and practice requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Reliable, organized, and adept at thriving in a high-paced clinical setting.
