The Opportunity:As the Manager, Healthcare Quality and Compliance for the College of Medicine, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of healthcare delivery services and operational processes while managing compliance with regulatory standards, mitigating risks and reducing barriers to patient care. You will report to the Business Director while also working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and WSUs System Privacy Officer and Associate Director for Health Sciences Compliance in Compliance and Civil Rights, to ensure that the policies and procedures related to the healthcare delivery services comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), FERPA, other federal and state regulations, and WSU policies.
