Environment Control is hiring a full-time, evening/night Supervisor for the Coeur d'Alene area! The responsibilities of this position include coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, knowledge of assigned area, training of new hires, supervision of 25+ employees, customer satisfaction, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular travel daily throughout the assigned area with your own vehicle.

Requirements

What You'll Need:
  • Must have 1 year of management experience.
  • Training experience (preferred).
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
  • Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem solve independently.
  • Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2 - Intermediate) in English. Bilingual applicants are highly recommended to apply!
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
