Lead the organizational change management function by leading the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies, frameworks and roadmaps; establishing and maintaining a centralized organizational change management service to ensure sustainable approach and adoption rates; defining and measuring Objectives and Key Results (OK - Rs) to ensure alignment with project goals and enterprise strategy. Developing and measuring objectives and key results (OK - Rs) that align with Avista's strategic objectives. Aligns initiatives requiring change management with company strategy, business opportunity, and regulatory requirements. Service as a key leader in enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and large-scale projects, including Enterprise Resource Planning implementation.
