Ideal Candidate

• ⏳ 2–4 years of experience w/ brand social accounts across major platforms
• ???? Based in NYC or DC
• ???? Collaborative
• ???? Understands culture and lives on the internet at a broad scale
• ???? Strong writer
• ???? Has an indent on their pinky finger from scrolling on their phone too much
• ???? Ability to articulate and explain their creative decisions and feedback to partners
• ❤️???? Is genuinely passionate about content and where it can take a brand
• ???? Has experience in reporting on social metrics

Bonus (but certainly not deal breakers)

• ???? Experience in hospitality, retail or consumer packaged goods
• ❣️ Passion for the joy that comes from a good meal
• ???? Strong deck-building skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other platforms, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• ???? Ability for quick turn edits and memes in Photoshop or Canva, to not only stay on top of culture, but create it as well
