$145,000 - $175,000 per year

Job Summary

Insight Global is looking for a Project Director that will oversee the execution of renewable hydro energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations. This role is responsible for maximizing project outcomes in terms of cash flow and margin, while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing internal teams effectively.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Director
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project planning, performance management, and risk mitigation

Plusses

• Experience in large-scale construction (EPC) and site operations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in international project execution
• Prior experience in the hydroelectric industry
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial background
• Knowledge of contract law, claim management, scheduling, and change management

Compensation

$145k - $175k per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
