Overview

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Professional Development Manager to lead and execute firm-wide initiatives focused on attorney growth, training, mentoring, and integration. This role is essential to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence throughout an attorney's career at the firm. The position reports to the Director of Recruiting and Professional Development and will collaborate with the firm's Knowledge Management team to develop and deliver AI and technology-related training and skills development programs for attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute firm-wide initiatives focused on attorney growth, training, mentoring, and integration.
• Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to develop and deliver AI and technology-related training and skills development programs for attorneys.
• Report to the Director of Recruiting and Professional Development and coordinate with relevant firm stakeholders to ensure program alignment and impact.
