Position Title: Land Development - Civil Project Manager
Location: Spokane, Washington

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by LVI Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

This is a role with a well-established civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest, seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, people-first values, and commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality engineering solutions, with a strong presence across Washington and Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage land development projects across the region.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
