The position interacts with Lumen customers professionally and courteously, remotely or in person to review and discuss service order requirements. Persons in this position will be expected to: evaluate customers service needs in addition to recognizing and suggesting additional/alternative services as appropriate. The position installs, repairs, and tests residential and small business telecommunication services and broadband products and services.
This is an entry-level position with no experience required and be willing to work outside. Also, the ideal candidate will have some customer service experience and some related experience.
This is a full time position located in Seattle, WA. The schedule is an 8-hour shift typically between 7:00am 7:00pm. When required, there is mandatory overtime up to 8 hours/week. May also require weekends and holidays.
