Eligible employees and their families may benefit from medical and dental insurance through the SEIU 775 Health Trust. Employees can also enroll in the SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP). Additionally, for every 23 hours worked, employees earn 1 hour of PTO, up to a maximum of 125 hours. Employees working on New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas will earn 1.5 times their base pay for those holiday shifts.
