Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, primarily handling member inquiries and concerns. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a call center setting.
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure understanding and resolution of customer's needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.
- 1 year in call center.
- Variable shift hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
- Must be willing to commute for equipment pickup or for any tech/outages during assignment.
- Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
- Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix offers 6 different health plans: 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan. Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met.
