Taylor Ryan is pleased to be working with a respected general contractor as they seek to hire an experienced Project Manager to join its team in the Seattle area. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to multifamily developments. Local market knowledge, familiarity with the trades, and experience on woodframe projects will be a distinct advantage.

As Project Manager, you will demonstrate a track record of leading projects through preconstruction to completion. Your leadership and knowledge will help guide the construction team and trades, work in partnership with the superintendent while building & maintaining communication and a strong relationship with the client and other stakeholders. Your passion for construction incorporates a desire to ensure safety for all on site.

Prior experience working for a general contractor on similar projects is preferred, as is being competent with MS Office and project management software. Competitive pay is offered between $130,000 and $160,000 plus bonus, health, vision, dental and PTO.
