Job Description:
The Manager, HR Operations-Benefits Leaves, Health & Safety, and Training is a Full-Time, Regular position working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm at our Inland Imaging Business Center location in Spokane, WA.
The HR Manager is a critical role in the Inland Imaging family of companies, reporting directly to the corporate CHRO. The right candidate will have an opportunity for growth as part of our succession planning when the current CHRO retires.
Job Summary: The Manager, HR Operations- Benefits, Leaves, Health & Safety, and Training is responsible for assisting the CHRO with the day to day and strategic operations of the HR department including supporting employees and physician services including: benefits, health & safety programs, administration of leaves of absence, and coordination of leadership and employee training initiatives. Assists with employee relations, serves as a resource for HR staff and company leadership for the various Inland companies; and assists with the continuation of quality Human Resource services for the Inland Imaging companies including Inland Imaging Business Associates, Inland Imaging Clinical Associates, Nuvodia, Nuvodia Staffing, Gestalt, Inland Northwest Imaging, Integra Imaging, PS and Inland Imaging Associates, PS.
General Description: The Manager, HR Operations- Benefits, Leaves, Health & Safety, and Training must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting continual and changing deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail. Handles multiple priorities with constant interruptions, provides company leadership with guidance and proposed solutions. Collaborates with the other HR Manager to back up and provide coverage for each other; represents the department and acts in the stead of the Chief Human Resources Officer when she is not available. Manager, HR Operations- Benefits, Leaves, Health & Safety, and Training must have excellent technical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must have the ability to make independent decisions regarding daily work priorities and other decisions based on company policies, procedures and prevailing regulations and laws. The position requires customer service diligence including accurate and timely responses to our clients' needs. A professional demeanor is required to deal with a wide variety of people at all levels.
