The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all PSNW HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by employment authorities. Responsible for administration of employee benefits, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and regularly evaluating organizational options to stay competitive as an employer. Assists in employee performance management and special HR projects as applicable. This employee works closely with department managers and providers to promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with our values and mission. This role requires a proactive and resourceful professional, skilled in managing multiple priorities and handling confidential information.

Attention to detail and accountability in all aspects of the job is essential for success, as the Senior Human Resources Generalist effectively prioritizes and supports the Companys strategic initiatives and daily activities through talent development.

Essential Functions

  • Assist stakeholders with education of the Handbook and HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain, evaluate and update PSNW Employee Handbook and HR related policies.
  • Conduct new employee benefit orientations ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee hiring, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Administer benefit plans including new and annual enrollments, status changes, and terminations.
  • Responsible for HR programs to create an efficient and conflict?free workplace, enhancing employee job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain the company?wide training modules, CareLearning.
  • Maintain KPIs to measure operational efficacy for culture and talent management.
  • Perform administrative HR functions, including support for the payroll process.
  • Perform in accordance with the facilitys policies and procedures.
  • Perform duties in an accurate and organized manner with attention to detail and excellent follow-up.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a dedicated HR role with proven experience with benefits administration and recruiting, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Active member/certification with a recognized HR organization (SHRM) preferred.
  • Proficiency of office software systems including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Adobe, and similar.

Base salary range starts at $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
