MIG welding with .035 hardwire Material reading & blueprint interpretation Machine setup & adjustments. Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints. Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality. Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements. Operate a forklift as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Communicate machinery or quality issues to management. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements:5 Years of MIG welding experience Ability to read & interpret blueprints. Proficient in shop math & problem-solving Strong attention to detail Effective verbal & written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. AWS D 1.1 (Structural Steel) Certification Preferred. AWS D 1.2 (Aluminum) Certification Preferred. AWS D 1.6 (Stainless Steel) Certification Preferred.
