The Product Monetization Strategy team inside MAI is responsible for defining how we create user experiences that delight users and business models that empower advertisers to meet their goals.

Product Marketing Director to lead customer insights, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our non-ad monetization offerings. As the web evolves with AI and agentic experiences, this role will shape the next wave of opportunities for Microsoft to deliver value to both end users and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer insights, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for non-ad monetization offerings.
• Inform and articulate the unique benefits of partnering with Microsoft; craft GTM strategies that position Microsoft as the partner of choice in the agentic web.
• Gather customer input to inform Microsoft AI infrastructure services and create compelling product positioning that attracts companies looking to enhance their own AI assistants, as well as third-party partners integrating services with Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Development teams and influence technical roadmaps and partner discussions in highly complex, technical environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-centric GTM strategies with a proven record of successful partnerships with Engineering and PM teams.
• Experience applying different customer listening approaches to influence product decisions.
• Ability to define compelling and differentiated product positioning, guiding internal teams and enabling the creation of consistent external messaging.

Work Arrangement

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S. country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
