WABO Certified Welders

Pay: $30–$34/hr

We're seeking skilled WABO Certified Welders to join our team for ongoing work. This role is ideal for welders who are confident in their craft, require minimal supervision, and are ready to hit the ground running.

Job Scope:

Weld Test & Certification

All candidates will complete a 1-hour weld test that includes:

• Four different size welds using flux-cored (FCAW) wire
• Weld sizes: 5/16" and 3/8"
• Perform welding in both open environments and confined spaces

Requirements:

• Active WABO Certification (Washington Association of Building Officials) — must be valid before starting
• Fully trained and capable of meeting quality standards with minimal additional training
