Project Manager – Amazon Fulfillment Projects - Warehouse Automation

We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope in Amazon fulfillment and logistics environments. The candidate should have proven experience managing projects for Amazon or within Amazon fulfillment and logistics environments, and will monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage project permitting and approvals in Washington State from submission to closure.
• Oversee all technical, contractual, and financial aspects of automation projects involving logistics systems, sorting equipment, and intelligent control technologies.
• Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team handling conveyor systems, robotics integration, and vision-based inspection systems.
• Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and safety requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk plans to ensure on-time and profitable delivery.
• Act as the POC for clients.
• Report on project progress.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and manage project profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with increasing project value and complexity.
• Experience managing automation or material-handling projects from design to installation for Amazon.
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Willing to travel- at least 45%.
• Must be working or worked in the Warehouse Automation sector.
• Based in Washington, U.S. (On-site).
• No Visa Sponsorship.
