We are seeking a manufacturing Production Planner in our Spokane or Seattle, WA location, with Spokane preferred. The Production Planner ensures manufacturing processes run efficiently by developing and implementing production schedules. As a Production Planner, you will work alongside operations, purchasing, and other departments to ensure that goods are produced according to customer demand and delivery requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with other teams to eliminate production constraints, and adjusting production schedules to maximize output while managing resources effectively. You will also track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. The ideal Production Planner candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and look ahead to plan and prepare effectively for any known shortages. Ability to lead weekly meetings and discuss updates, and communicate risks that are known from the results of analyzing the schedule. Additional responsibilities may include:

The pay range for this position is $26.83 - $39.46 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
