Responsibilities

• Lead and train Inventory Associates during Inventory Events.
• Supervise daily inventory processes and resolve event concerns in collaboration with Area and District Managers.
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing employee productivity and engagement.
• Interact with customers to ensure exceptional service and address any issues.
• Uphold WIS core values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time?management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
• A valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, or willingness to meet WIS fleet driver requirements.

Work Conditions

Position requires prolonged standing, frequent walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, occasional squatting, kneeling, or crouching. Ladders are used; lifting up to 25 lbs is required. Frequent travel by car and occasional air travel, including overnight stays, may be needed. ADA accommodations are available.
