The Senior Platform Operations Analyst manages and supports the successful implementation of various payment processing projects/change events through the execution of various technical tasks and quality checks. Incumbent will enter information into multiple vendor processing platform applications and internal Velera applications. Provide dual control quality assurance validations. Incumbent will lead client consultation on business and technical requirements, and incorporate these requirements into detailed change requests. Incumbent will also assume a leadership role for specified projects, and coordinate all phases of operational implementation of project deliverables.
