Position Summary: The Senior Graphic Designer provides creative and technical support to the Marketing Manager in planning, designing, and producing marketing materials across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Responsibilities include creating layouts for advertising, program guides, signage, and collateral; designing digital content for social media, email, and the website; photographing and filming programs and events for promotional use. This position also maintains brand standards, organizes and manages digital assets, and contributes to the development of fundraising and donor communication materials. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of professional design experience, a strong eye for layout and typography, and proficiency with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar). Experience with photography, video production, and current design trends is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
