Direct Marketing Associate - Spokane, WA

Join Renewal by Andersen of Washington as a Direct Marketing Associate in Spokane. We're looking for driven and collaborative individuals to help improve our customers' experience upgrading their homes. This position canvasses local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about Andersen Windows and to identify their window and door needs. You'll generate highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing and record accurate data about prospective customers and the target market area. We offer a 90-day training plan starting you in an entry-level Direct Marketing role; upon successful completion you'll move into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with higher earnings and more flexible canvassing opportunities.

This entry-level position does not require prior experience. We're seeking candidates interested in sales or marketing who are eager to learn and grow with a reputable brand.

This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. The earning potential is over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year, with top performers around $100,000. Base pay starts at $20/hr, with eligibility for additional bonuses and commissions.

Schedule and Benefits

• Full-time 32-35 hours weekly (Schedule: Tue–Fri 1:00 pm–8:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record per company standards
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Highly organized with proven ability to set and achieve daily goals
• Eagerness to learn, coachable, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 lb
