Director Insurance Operations – Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality of AI model results for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail‑oriented
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related financial reasoning exercises
• Master's or PhD (in progress or completed) is preferred but not required
• Expert level financial reasoning, with background in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning
