Job Details

* Complete and optimize DI2 dashboards for project tracking, deliverables, and OKR alignment.* Develop, refine, and document project management processes and reusable templates for intake, lifecycle, reporting, and close-out.* Manage a portfolio of DI2 projects, coordinating with technical leads, faculty, and student teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.* Provide PMO oversight for all DI2 workstreams, monitoring project status, risks, and resource allocation, and reporting to DI2 leadership.* Facilitate team collaboration, lead meetings, and provide strategic guidance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.* Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training a full-time project manager, ensuring a seamless transition of knowledge and tools.* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and resource utilization.* Perform other duties as assigned* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Yes.
