What you'll do: Oversee a team of Managers and the Security Operations Analysts. Partner with business stakeholders to assist in defining the strategic cybersecurity objectives and goals. Assist with setting and advancing the strategic vision for the Falcon Complete team. Ensure the team continue to lead the Security Operations functions that consist of Monitoring, Analysis, and Remediation activities, Customer Onboarding (Program Management), Development Operations. Direct functional management of the Managers and ensure their teams are adequately equipped. Manage budget for corresponding operation costs (labor, training, software, etc). Provide escalation path for issues identified by the operations team or customers. Participate in reporting requirements to Falcon Complete leadership. Partner with Sales on major deals for the Falcon Complete team. Maintain healthy ARR figures for your region.

What you'll need: Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Incident Handling: experience conducting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists. Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise. Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation. Network Forensic Analysis: knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and ability to perform analysis of associated network logs. Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to understand the nature of malware. Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations. Network Operations and Architecture/Engineering: strong understanding of secure network architecture and strong background in performing network operations. Security Operations: experience leading security operations teams. Additionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications: 8-10 years' experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations. Minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs, and designing and implementing security controls and compliance programs. Demonstrated experience in leading a remote, geographically dispersed team with goal scope and responsibilities. Experience in a leadership role within a Security Operations Center. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field.
