Your primary focus is to develop and execute marketing programs that support thought leadership and awareness goals.**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**+ Program manage and support a variety of marketing programs which may include launches, digital campaigns, events and other content-marketing initiatives and activations.+ Facilitate team meetings and communications (preparing agendas, publishing meeting notes and action items, etc.)+ Establish, track and report on program KPIs.+ Build relationships to become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization – from business units to the global demand and field organization to corporate comms – to ensure successful program execution. This may also include managing workflow and deadlines with agencies and/or vendors.**What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**+ 2+ years of experience in marketing within large corporate environments or agency account management. B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred.+ Program management experience including building materials for internal stakeholder alignment (schedules and trackers, status reports, scorecards, etc).+ An understanding of persona-based marketing, audience/buyer's journeys, and targeting strategies+ An eagle eye for editorial nits plus light copywriting for promotional program needs+ Support presentation development for executive stakeholders+ A self-starter who sets and keeps the pace for a global, extended team+ Cross-functional team collaboration and influence+ A demand for excellence in all forms of communication+ A natural problem solver who identifies blockers and optimizes processes to improve team performance and agility+ Experience with and/or ability to learn Salesforce campaign management, SmartSheet content management, Tableau reporting, and Omniture reporting+ Willing to Zoom**What is the leadership like for this role? She has a strong background in marketing strategy and program development across the entire customer journey.
