Marketing Project Manager

Eastern Washington University seeks a Marketing Project Manager to develop and manage marketing and communication methods and requests. The role coordinates projects such as advertising, publications, website, social media, and email, with an emphasis on external communications and culturally-responsive outreach.

Location: Cheney, WA | Salary: $50,070$56,028 | Start Date: January?2?2026 | Term: 12?months | Full?time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary custodian of marketing projects, coordinating all aspects, monitoring budgets, and ensuring alignment with district plans.
  • Manage the full scope of activities related to the development and dissemination of marketing tactics and materials, including publications, videos, events, promotional partnerships, brochures, and collateral.
  • Oversee production of materials, providing direction and managing vendor capacity, and maintaining accurate billing records.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and University Relations to develop and implement marketing goals and priorities in alignment with district priorities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to college constituents in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget, approving expenditures and implementing adjustments.
  • Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of marketing for higher education and incorporate new developments as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Two?+?years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, and communication.
