Job Title: Remote Tekla Detailer - PEMB & Steel Buildings

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tekla Detailer with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and conventional steel building systems (not structural steel). The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on detailing experience and a deep understanding of fabrication requirements, connection details, and shop drawing standards. This position is fully remote and offers long-term stability with a team-oriented company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and maintain detailed 3D Tekla models for PEMB and steel building projects.
  
• Produce accurate shop drawings, erection plans, and part details based on engineering designs and project specifications.
  
• Review design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and constructability.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve design or detailing issues.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and quality standards.
  
• Perform model checks and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience detailing PEMB and steel building systems (non-structural steel).
  
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures is required.
  
• Solid understanding of building framing systems, connections, and shop fabrication processes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Effective communication and time management skills.
