Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standards
* Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
* Monitor and rotate pizza dough to maintain freshness and quality
* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of pizza orders
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
* Collaborate with other culinary team members to develop new pizza flavors and specials
Qualifications
* Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
* Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
* Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
* Ability to learn and follow processes.
* This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
