We are seeking an experienced nCino and Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Application Support team. This position will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance. Additionally, the role will involve supporting end users, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third‑party applications and services integration, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. You will lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed successfully and meet audit standards.
As a senior administrator, you will guide less experienced team members to ensure they adhere to GBCI standards. You will also maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and ensure testing is completed at all levels for new systems, releases, enhancements, and break/fix solutions. In this role, you will work in cross‑functional teams, providing technical and analytical support for both new and current production systems. As a representative of the IT Department, you will interact with all levels of bank groups and management. Therefore, professionalism and diplomacy are essential for building trust and ensuring the success of the position. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects, ensuring both nCino and Salesforce platforms support the bank's strategic goals and operations.
Location: This is a corporate position that may be located at an available bank division location across our nine‑state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. Compensation varies by location and is analyzed individually. Entry rate for Mitchell, MT is $46.08 per hour; WA applicants in Wenatchee range $53.11–$79.67 per hour; Spokane range $52.63–$78.94 per hour.
