Description
The Engineering Director, as part of the Spokane Leadership team, is responsible for the safety, quality, and oversight of the Spokane Engineering Team. This is a hands-on position and will be responsible for overseeing all technical activities of assigned projects and programs including planning, scheduling, and managing personnel and engineering work to ensure effective coordination and execution. The Engineering Director must possess sufficient technical knowledge of their programs to identify problems, provide guidance to staff, and ensure the work product is completed on time and budget and fulfills requirements. Required to proactively lead improvement initiatives.
The Engineering Director position offers a variety of engineering opportunities including testing, design, analysis, management, and prototyping. Position is 100% on-site.
