Concrete Production Worker

Aerotek is hiring concrete production workers for a precast manufacturer in Spokane Valley! Job duties will include assisting with all phases of precast concrete production, helping build forms, tie rebar, strip forms, move materials around the facility, and perform general cleanup. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with less experience. Requirements include at least one year of any sort of labor experience, with any precast or construction experience preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered. Day shift available with overtime hours. This is a full-time and long-term job with pay starting at $21.75 - $24/hr, depending on experience, with lots of room for growth in pay based on performance and tenure with the company.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Spokane Valley, WA. This position is anticipated to close on Dec 6, 2025.
