Culinary Associate

Our Culinary Associates are essential members of our kitchen team and play a vital role in crafting an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for preparing food with enthusiasm, providing outstanding service, and contributing to a delightful atmosphere.

  • Create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Prepare dishes according to our delicious recipes and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, assisting with their training.
  • Carry out all Back of House duties efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Some high school education.
  • Preferred experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Must meet local and municipal requirements, including obtaining a Food Handler certification, which is at the applicant's own expense.

Work Environment:

In this role, you may encounter heat from cooking equipment and need to work efficiently in a bustling kitchen setup. Staff are expected to stand for extended periods, handle hot and cold foods, and use various kitchen tools. This position requires lifting items up to 50 lbs, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters. Being adaptable in a fast-paced environment, having strong communication skills, and managing challenges effectively are essential.

Pay Range: $19.70 - $22.70 per hour
