As a Distillation Processor, you'll play a critical role in producing the high-quality cannabis distillate used in thousands of cartridges and concentrates across the state. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves working with precision and purpose.What You'll Do:

🔥 Craft with Precision - Accurately measure, mix, and heat product to strict company specifications
🧪 Prep & Process - Use tumblers to extract oils, perform passive organic chemistry extraction
🌡 Monitor & Refine - Oversee the distillation process, prepare product for testing, and adjust as needed
📦 Move It Forward - Prepare and transfer materials to the refinery stage for further processing
📊 Track Everything - Maintain detailed logs of usage, product tracking, terpene blends, and waste
📢 Stay Connected - Communicate with managers and departments to stay ahead of stock needs and delivery timelines
🧼 Keep It Clean - Clean equipment using pure ethanol and ensure lab cleanliness
⚙ Make an Impact - Help process enough material to support 30,000-60,000 units per weekWhat You Bring:

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in Washington
• High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a lab environment with equipment and chemicals
• Physically able to lift and move materials, and work on your feet during shifts
• Previous cannabis or lab experience is a plus, but not required
