What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Connecting with members who requested information (again no cold calls)
• Running virtual meetings to explain options and answer questions
• Guiding families through enrollment and helping them feel confident in their coverage
• Keeping organized notes and following up as needed
• Learning and growing through coaching, mentorship, and team support

Who You Are

• A self-starter who thrives with independence and flexibility
• A clear communicator who builds trust easily
• Someone who loves helping people and solving problems
• Organized, coachable, and tech-comfortable
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
