Oversees and participates in the delivery of high quality professional and clinical care. The Supervisor Behavioral Health will manage and coordinate a variety of supervisory and clinical duties and responsibilities associated with unit/department, to ensure efficient operation, skills and competencies of caregivers, and effectiveness of clinical competencies. Assists in supervising the daily work of the department team, assigning and monitoring patient care. Serves as the leader to support and ensure staff are educated and meet clinical performance and competencies. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.
