Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care needs.
  • Perform occasional house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of experience in in-home care services.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be dependable, energetic, self-motivated, and organized.

Eligible employees and their families may receive medical and dental insurance through the SEIU 775 Health Trust and can enroll in the SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP). Employees earn 1 hour of paid time off (PTO) for every 23 hours worked, up to 125 hours maximum. Plus, holiday pay at 1.5 times the base rate is offered for work on major holidays including New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
