In this engaging role, you'll support key administrative functions under the direction of our Administrative Assistant 2. You'll provide prompt visitor assistance by offering accurate information, guiding registration processes (including boating registration), and directing inquiries to the proper agencies, while also supporting seasonal staff training, managing financial transactions (cash registers, deposits, credit card processing, and petty cash), and handling various office administration tasks such as mail distribution, meeting coordination, document processing, and office equipment maintenance. This position offers a variable schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week and may be limited to 1,144 hours per fiscal year (July 1 June 30), depending on funding.
