We're looking for a Member Support Representative who is ready to bring empathy, problem‑solving, and professionalism to every conversation-whether it's over the phone, in writing, or in person.
What You'll Do
As a key voice of our organization, you will:
+ Resolve member and provider complaints, inquiries, and service issues with accuracy and care.
+ Provide clear, helpful information to members, prospective members, providers, employer groups, attorneys, brokers, and other representatives.
+ Support individuals with a wide range of topics, including:
+ Health plan coverage
+ Claims and referrals
+ Eligibility questions
+ Appointment access
+ Medical center service concerns
+ Physician selection
+ Fee quotes and patient billing
+ Communicate across multiple channels-phone, email, and written correspondence-while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Required Education
+ High School Diploma or GED
Basic Qualifications
To shine in this role, you must bring:
+ 1+ year of high‑volume call center experience
+ Previous work‑from‑home experience
+ Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, insurance, banking, credit, or similar
Preferred Experience
While not required, you'll stand out if you have:
+ Call center experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
+ Experience supporting medical or health plan members
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure success in this remote‑forward role, candidates must:
+ Have a private, distraction‑free workstation
+ Not be responsible for caring for dependents during work hours
+ Live near an administrative hub (Renton or Spokane)
+ You may be asked to go onsite for IT or system‑related issues
+ Pick up equipment from one of the two designated IT hubs

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPOKANE, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
